This is my first time presenting at the Canadian Herb Conference. Join me for a tour of the drying room setup and apothecary, set up in the second bedroom of a rental apartment: you can indeed dry herbs commercially on a micro scale! Participants will learn best practices for harvesting and drying herbs for tea, some info about health unit requirements, tips for organization and cleanliness and tips for making a great tea blend.
