Holiday Blend 1 Ingredients: Stinging Nettles (Urtica dioicia), Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Mountain Mint (Pcynanthenum sp.). Rose Petals (Rosa sp) .
Holiday Blend 2 Ingredients: Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum), Bee Balm (Monarda fistulosa), Oat Tops (Avena sativa)
How to prepare:
Use 1 tsp of dried herb per 1 cup of hot water. Steep covered for at least 10 minutes.
